Welcome to the Texas Restaurant Association’s 2024 Trade Show! It was held in my home base of San Antonio so I was super excited to have gotten an invite to attend. Special Thanks to the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce for securing me free passes to the two day event! They have been a great partner the past few years allowing me to attend several Italian-focused events to not only get some fantastic interviews, but also be able to further my education about Italian wine.

Today’s show focuses on Day 1. Essentially I used Day 1 to check out many of the booths and then secure interviews on Day 2. So this is mostly a video showing some snippets of general trade show things with specifics coming in the next few episodes.
