It’s New Year’s Eve time! Not only am I reviewing 3 sparkling wines today, they also all rosé! I’ve got the rosé version of the Argentine wine from last week and two from the Trentodoc region of Italy. All 3 are traditional method wines. First is the Non-Vintage Domaine Bousquet Sparkling Brut Traditional Organic Rosé. After that is the Non-Vintage Cantine Monfort Trentodoc Rosé. Finally I review the 2018 Cantina Endrizzi Piancastello Trentodoc Rosé Riserva.
