In this episode of Wine World TV I had the distinct pleasure to meet a fellow YouTuber, Brendan Carter, founder and winemaker at Unico Zelo winery in South Australia. Not only that he and his mates also run the YouTube channel Bottle Shock.
Back in August of 2024 Brendan was part of a group of South Australians touring the States to promote the wines of the region. One of the cities they visited was Houston! So, of course, I had to make a day trip there to get to know him better – and we had a blast!
Brendan not only talks about his wine, but really gives us a mini-Master Class on Australia – wine, culture, food, history, etc.
