I’m back at the Texas Hill Country Wine Symposium for 2026. While at the Symposium I got the chance to sit down with the esteemed author Jessica Dupuy. She has written countless articles and books about food and wine with much of it focused on Texas! I’ve known Jessica for quite a long time, but I got to know her even better during this interview.
