Interview – Dan & Nancy Garrison – Garrison Brothers Distillery – Episode #201

Back in September I got to interview Dan and Nancy Garrison of Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, TX. They were at an event being held at the Pearl in San Antonio. It was a partnership the Texas Restaurant Association along with the Southerleigh Group of restaurants at the Pearl complex and Casanova BBQ. The Southerleigh Group of restaurants are:

•Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery

•Southerleigh Haute South

•The Boiler House

•Brasserie Mon Chou Chou

Attendees got to meet Dan and Nancy Garrison for a one-of-a-kind, walkable whiskey and food experience through San Antonio’s historic Pearl district. Each restaurant and the great people at Casanova created a specially crafted food and cocktail pairing featuring Garrison Brothers Bourbon. You also get a swag bag with branded keepsakes. VIPs also received a 375 ml bottle of Garrison Brothers Bourbon.

I was lucky enough to get complimentary VIP admission to the event and had a great time checking out all the food and cocktail pairings after I did my interview with Dan and Nancy.
