This is my interview with Alex Sambvani of Slang.ai while attending the Texas Restaurant Association Trade Show in San Antonio in July of 2024. It’s the seventh of a series of interviews from that trade show. We talk about their creative solution to using AI to create what they call a digital phone concierge. It can assist with restaurants receiving phone calls covering reservations, frequently asked questions, and more regardless of time of day or day of the week, or even how busy the restaurant may be.
