In this episode of WWTV I FINALLY visit my friend Jennifer Beckmann who owns a cool Texas-focused wine bar in San Antonio called Re:Rooted 210 Urban Winery. I visited her after attending the Texas Restaurant Association trade show back in July since it is located right next to the convention center.
I tasted through their entire line of private label Texas wines along with some other Texas wineries. All of these high quality wines are “on tap.” You hear me right. They serve multiple wines from wine kegs! They also have a selection of wine from Texas and elsewhere by the bottle.
It’s a long interview, but so worth it to see two friends chat about all things Texas wine on tap.
