In my final video about the Texas Hill Country Winery Symposium, I finally sit down with the woman that heads all of this, January Wiese. She is the Executive Director of the Texas Hill Country Wineries Association. She and her fantastic team put together an amazing 3-day event geared towards those in the wine industry. Specifically those in the Texas Hill Country, but really anyone involved in Texas wine should attend.

While I did record a recap video for each day, I’ve decided that the 3 interviews I did pretty much covered the most important parts of my experience this year. So this episode will end my reporting on the Symposium.
